Natalie Briggs
Dietitian
Meet Natalie, a highly skilled registered clinical and sports dietitian with dual accreditation in Australia and the UK. A proud member of the Dietitians Association of Australia, Natalie's journey into the world of nutrition began with dual honors degrees in Sport Science and Nutrition & Dietetics, complemented by post-graduate studies in Sport Nutrition.

With a wealth of experience spanning various clinical settings, Natalie has worked extensively with patients across the lifespan, from infants to adults, addressing complex issues such as paediatrics, type 1 & 2 diabetes, oncology, kidney disease, and disability. Currently, she serves as a specialist paediatric dietitian at Sydney Children's Hospital. In addition to her clinical role, Natalie dedicates time to her own business, The Nutrition Habit, where she works privately to deliver individual consultations in both a sport or clinical capacity, not to mention group education and nutrition workshops.

Driven by a passion for sports nutrition and informed by her background in elite gymnastics and sport science, Natalie pursued further postgraduate studies to obtain her Sports Dietetic accreditation in the UK. She is a proud registrant on the SENr, affiliated with the British Dietetic Association.

Natalie's involvement in elite sports is impressive, having supported the Welsh Netball team during the 2022 Commonwealth Games and the 2023 Netball World Cup. Additionally, she has collaborated with Football NSW, contributing to the development of adolescent talent and female institute players. Natalie extends her expertise to individual athletes across various disciplines, including Crossfit, Endurance Events, and Team Sports, emphasising the crucial role nutrition plays in optimising health and performance.
