Small Group Physio Strength Classes

Here at Sports and Spine Physio we run small group personal training (max 4 in a class) in our state of the art gym facility run by physiotherapists that helps real people get real results. Our goal has always been to help complete beginners get stronger, move better and build a better quality of life.

We believe no matter what your age, shape, size or injury everybody deserves the opportunity to train for a healthier and happier body.

At Sports and Spine Physiotherapy, we are experts exercise specialists. Our experienced Physiotherapists who are also certified strength and conditioning coaches and personal trainers, will be able to help you reach your goals whatever level you are at. Our small group classes are a great option for those clients who are ready to progress from 1:1 but don’t feel confident to return to a commercial gym or large scale fitness classes. Our beautifully styled state of the art gym has everything you need for a great session.
