Strength and Conditioning

action1-min_edited.jpg

At Sports and Spine Physio in Bondi Junction, we have seen many injuries that could have been prevented with the right type of training. We often see injuries as a result of personal trainers working outside of their scope of practice or people failing to reach their full potential due to personal trainers being afraid to push clients due to a lack of knowledge following an injury.

So as experienced physiotherapists and certified strength and conditioning coaches, we knew that we could do better! We knew we could offer our clients a strength and endurance program that was both safe and effective and could easily achieve our client’s goals.  That’s where our Strength and Conditioning Program comes into the picture, because we have used our expert knowledge and assessment techniques to put together a program that works.

Our Strength and Conditioning Program

This program is customised to your specific needs, whether you’re a casual player, weekend warrior or an elite athlete. We know that performing at your best is your ultimate goal and we know that you want a training program that works. So the goal of our Strength and Conditioning Program is to reduce your risk of injuries, whilst increasing your flexibility, endurance, core stability, strength, power and performance. This program also helps to increase your overall fitness and posture, as well as having a side effect of promoting healthy bones and boosting your mood.

Can you benefit from our Strength and Conditioning Program?
